Mr. Chen was appointed chairman and chief executive director of the Board in\u00a0March 2003. Also, Chen is a standing board member of the Political Consulting Committee of Jingzhou City and vice president of the Foreign Investors Association of Hubei Province. Chen served as the general manager of Jiulong from 1993 to 1997 and chairman of the board of Henglong since 1997.<\/p>\n

Dr. Haimian Cai<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Cai\u00a0has been a Director since September 2003 and a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee. Dr. Cai is a technical specialist in the automotive industry. Prior to that, Dr. Cai was a staff engineer in ITT Automotive Inc. Dr. Cai holds a B.S. Degree in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University and received M.S. and Ph.D. in manufacturing engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MA, USA.<\/p>\n

Qizhou Wu<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chief Executive Officer, COO & Director<\/p>\n
