(1) Electrical Engineering: Project Engineer
Job Scope
- Design power electronics circuits for motor drive.
- Develop motor control algorithms with MCUs.
- PCB layout, component selection, system integration.
- Responsible for the planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting and risk management of projects, within the scope of electrical engineering.
Technical Requirements and Expectations
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in motor control or related products.
- Preferably, work experience at OEMs (GM/Ford/Chrysler) or Tier 1 suppliers in US.
- Knowledgeable regarding mechatronics preferable.
- Skillful with circuit design and analysis software.
- Familiar with the automotive product development process.
- Excellent communication skills.
(2) Mechanical Engineering: Project Engineer
Job Scope
- Design mechanical / electro-mechanical components using 3D CAD tools.
- Develop mechanical drawings according to project timeframe and worldwide standards.
- Perform tolerance calculations for all assemblies to guarantee the proper fit of components.
- Perform structural calculations for your designs when needed and verify the results by instructing engineering tests performed at Headquarters.
- Must have working knowledge of FEA and stress analysis.
- Responsible for the planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting and risk management of projects within the scope of mechanical engineering.
Technical Requirements and Expectations
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or closely related field.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in mechanical design of steering related products;
- Preferably, work experience at OEMs (GM/Ford/Stellantis) or Tier 1 suppliers in US.
- Knowledgeable regarding electronics preferable.
- Skillful in 2D & 3D design software such as UG, CATIA, Solid Works, etc.
- Familiar with automotive product development and related processes, like APQP and PPAP and process of DFMEA.
- Excellent communication skills.
(3) Entry Level Electrical Engineer
Job Scope
- Develop and integrate Power Steering Systems into vehicles, and comply with customer requirements within program timeframes, according to cost constraints.
- Define system requirements, investigate design alternatives, and resolve vehicle packaging trade-offs, while interfacing with customers and internal engineering teams.
- Achieve project milestones for successful project acquisition and launch, ensure engineering deliverables conveyed to the satisfaction of customer.
Technical Requirements and Expectations
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
- Expertise in at least two relevant hardcore fields including dynamic system modeling, control theory, electronic circuits, electric motors, power electronics, embedded systems, programming, etc.
- Establish Hardware-in-the-Loop environment to maximize virtual components in design, validation and tuning.
- Explore emerging technologies, and promote power steering systems in the ecosystem of autonomous driving.
- Previous related automotive engineering experience preferred.
- Professionalism and integrity. Self-motivated, self-organizing and self-directing.
(4) Entry Level Mechanical Engineer
