(1) Project Engineer in Electrical Engineering

Job Scope

  • Design power electronics circuit for motor drive.
  • Develop motor control algorithm with MCU.
  • PCB layout, component selection, system integration.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting and risk management of the projects within the electrical engineering scope.

Technical Requirements and Expectations

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
  • Preferable 3+ year experience in motor control or related products.
  • Preferable working experience in OEMs (GM/Ford/Chrysler) or Tier 1 suppliers in US.
  • Knowledgeable with mechatronics is a preference.
  • Skillful in circuit design and analysis software.
  • Familiar with automotive product development process.
  • Excellent communications skills.

(2) Project Engineer in Mechanical Engineering

Job Scope

  • Design mechanical / electro-mechanical components using 3D CAD tools.
  • Develop mechanical drawings according to project timing and worldwide standards.
  • Perform tolerance calculation for all assemblies to guarantee the proper fit of components.
  • Perform structural calculation for your designs when needed and verify the results by instructing engineering testing performed in Headquarter.
  • Must have workable knowledge about FEA and Stress analysis.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting and risk management of the projects within the mechanical engineering scope.

 Technical Requirements and Expectations

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or closely related field.
  • Preferable 5+ year experience in mechanical design of steering related products;
  • Preferable working experience in OEMs (GM/Ford/Stellantis) or Tier 1 suppliers in US.
  • Knowledgeable with electronics is a preference.
  • Skillful in 2D & 3D design software, e.g. UG, CATIA, Solid Works, etc.
  • Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and process of DFMEA.
  • Excellent communications skills.

(3) Entry Level Electrical Engineer

Job Scope

  • Develop and integrate Power Steering Systems into vehicles, and comply with customer requirements within program timing and cost constraints.
  • Define system requirements, investigate design alternatives, and resolve vehicle packaging trade-offs, while interfacing with customers and internal engineering teams.
  • Achieve project milestones for successful project acquisition and launch, ensure engineering deliverables with customer satisfaction.

Technical Requirements and Expectations

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
  • Expertise in at least two relevant hardcore fields including dynamic system modeling, control theory, electronic circuits, electric motors, power electronics, embedded system and programming, etc.
  • Establish Hardware-in-the-Loop environment, to maximize virtual components in design, validation and tuning.
  • Explore emerging technologies, and promote power steering systems in the ecosystem of autonomous driving.
  • Related automotive engineering experience is preferred.
  • Professionalism and integrity. Self-motivation, self-organization and self-directing.

(4) Entry Level Mechanical Engineer

Job Scope
